We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful, with stunning architecture and a lush, green territory that feels like a true escape. Everything is designed in traditional Thai style—wooden buildings with intricate carvings. It was a real aesthetic pleasure just to walk around and take it all in every day. The beach and the sea were also wonderful—clean, calm, and with very few people, which made it feel peaceful and exclusive. As for the service, I really appreciated that the staff weren’t overly attentive or intrusive, but every request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. It struck a perfect balance—quiet, respectful service with everything taken care of. One particularly convenient feature was that we didn’t need to carry money around the hotel. Everything could be charged to the room, and then we simply settled the bill at the end of our stay—super convenient. I had read some reviews where people complained about the restaurant or the lack of places nearby. In my opinion, the restaurant is perfectly fine. It’s not gourmet-level, but breakfast offers everything you might need, and the lunch and dinner options are decent. And while the restaurant might be a bit basic for longer stays, it’s definitely not true that there’s “nothing nearby.” Within a 10–20 minute taxi ride, there are plenty of small local places to eat, and we tried a few that were excellent. There’s even a Michelin-starred restaurant about 20 minutes away if you’re in the mood for a fancier evening out. Plus, some neighboring hotels are within walking distance and have decent restaurants too—so there’s definitely no issue diversifying your meals if you want to. All in all, I had the best experience. The sea was warm and calm during our stay, the beach was spotless, the grounds were immaculately maintained, and the overall atmosphere was just amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The staff, especially Kent and Mam from the restaurant and Josh, Noi and Nek from the spa were exceptional. Special mention goes to Josh from the spa who was very attentive and Kent from the restaurant who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We loved the timberwork on the buildings, the pools were lovely and the staff were excellent.

Hotel Review I had a great stay at this hotel, which beautifully resembles a traditional Thai temple. The architecture and decor truly capture the essence of Thai culture, making the experience feel authentic and unique. One of the highlights for me was the garden where the rooms are located. It feels like stepping into a lush jungle, surrounded by greenery and nature, which adds a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was impressive—very large, spacious, and entirely made of wood, decorated with intricate Thai motifs. I also loved the interior garden, which features a pool and sun loungers, creating the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, this hotel offers an immersive Thai experience with its stunning design, tranquil gardens, and spacious rooms. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay.

Facilities were amazing. Pool villa was spacious, clean and lots of lovely festive. Such as lightning, excess of towels, beach mats, bags for pool, dressing gowns, beautiful bed linen. We all felt like king and queens. The pool was small in the villa but very warm and perfectly adequate. The gardens were amazing, including the fish. The extra activities such as yoga, seaside film night and the show by the sea were all surprising extras, which were lovely.

Peaceful low-season stay in a quite are north of Phuket on the mainland of Thailand. We stayed at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa during the low season, and it was exactly what we needed—quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The resort and surrounding area were very calm, with very few guests around, which gave it a really tranquil feel. We booked a room + extras deal, which made the stay surprisingly affordable compared to other options nearby. The package included daily resort credit and a combination of buffet and à la carte breakfast, which was simple but tasty and covered everything we needed. The credit went a long way and allowed us to enjoy meals and drinks without worrying about too many extras adding up. The area itself is a little on the remote side, and that’s part of the charm—ideal for a two-night getaway. There isn’t much to do outside the resort, so it’s the kind of place where you settle in and relax rather than go exploring. For us, that worked perfectly. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The resort grounds were immaculate, the beach was quiet and clean, and the pool area was never crowded. The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kent, who was outstanding—he kept the beachfront restaurant running smoothly during lunch and dinner and made us feel genuinely looked after.
